Dr. Angela Fisher-Solomon

Dr. Fisher-Solomon is a national content expert in infant mental health, early relational health, and the infant-parent relationship. She is a RIE® Associate and Board Member. She is an infant developmental psychologist and infant mental health mentor (P) with over 20 years of national and international experience in the early childhood field, in various roles, including research scientist consultant, advisor, and professional development trainer. While serving a long tenure at the national non-profit organization ZEROTOTHREE, she has worked on (4) federally funded national projects focused on Home Visiting, Policy, Family Child Care, Early Head Start, and Child Care. Dr. Fisher-Solomon serves as an adjunct-professor at Kean University and is Founding Director of the A. baby Institute, LLC. in New Jersey. She is committed to expanding her research on the pioneering infant observation tool, the FIOT® to strengthen adult-infant relationships through the lens of relationship-based practices, cultural diversity, and respectful interactions.
