Continuing Education Credits

Infant Massage USA is the most widely recognized infant massage continuing education provider in the United States.

Our in-person training is approved for continuing education by the providers below. Please select the correct form, as not all credits are approved for virtual, live-stream training. The student is responsible for ensuring that their state and licensing organization accept these credits.

Please check the disclosure page for information on ADA compliance, training completion requirements for CEs, and financial disclosure statements.

As of August 11, 2021, the Virtual Livestream training has been approved for continuing education credit by:

Ohio Nurses Association (RN-OH), California Board of Registered Nursing (RN-CA), American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB), Maryland Board of Physical Therapy Examiners (MD-PT), and International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBLCE).

Are you ready to claim your CE credits for your Part 1 or Part 2 certification? To start, please email ceu@infantmassageusa.org with your name, trainer’s name, and training dates. You will be given the appropriate form to fill out. Once filed, your membership account will be invoiced for the $25 filing fee per CE type.

The Alliance for the Advancement of Infant Mental Health and Infant Massage USA Crosswalk

The competency areas in this crosswalk meet IMH-E®/ECMHE® training and renewal requirements.  To see the associations that are using the Endorsement credential, view the Members of the Alliance at https://www.allianceaimh.org/competency-guidelines

It is important to note that you MUST live in a place where the local association has licensed the Endorsement from the Alliance in order to apply for Endorsement.  Once you confirm that your local association has licensed the credential, you will contact that association’s Endorsement Coordinator to begin the Endorsement process.  In your conversation with the Endorsement Coordinator, inform them you have the Infant Massage USA Certification Training crosswalk.  They will outline the next steps for you to follow regarding the crosswalk which will allow you to streamline your application!
